TXL1903

A rare terminated tourmaline crystal from the classic location of the Dunton Quarry, Newry, Maine, mined between 1972 and 1974.

This crystal exhibits the beautiful mint green that Dunton material is noted for and a very interesting crystal shape. The crystal is transparent to translucent but has no gem potential. There is a minor damage on the termination but it is likely natural.

Supplies of this material are exceedingly rare and are getting more hard to find. All pictures are taken in diffused natural daylight.

Dimensions: 1 1/8"x1x1/2+"
