Statement Regarding COVID-19 Pandemic

With no end to our state's shutdown of most small business into the near future, we have decided that it is essential that we provide our customers with a means to access our product line and inventory. With this in mind, we will be open by appointment only starting this Friday, May 1st. Our new limited and temporary hours will be from 10:00am to 3:00pm, Wednesday through Saturday.
As we are very concerned with the safety of both our customers and ourselves during these unprecedented times, we will also begin providing the option of curbside dropoff and pickup of jewelry repairs as well as comprehensive online, telephone and text assistance to help you with any jewelry needs or questions that you have.
Our website and Etsy pages are filled with lovely choices for both purchase and inspiration. Our Etsy store can be found at https://www.etsy.com/shop/CreaserJewelers. We are constantly running specials and sales in our Etsy store.
Furthermore, we are fully capable of and have an extensive history of designing custom pieces completely over the internet. Please feel free to use this service. We can accept checks, credit cards and PayPal payments with no physical interaction.

You can even call this number from the parking lot during our new temporary limited hours. If we can accommodate you immediately, we will. If no one answers, the call will be transferred to our cellphones and we will schedule something soon when we answer. Text any inquiries to (207) 462-2215 and we will get back to you as soon as possible, day or night.
We have equipped our showroom with air filters and plexiglas breath shields. We have new protocols in place for safe interaction between ourselves and our customers.
Lastly, we promise to do our very best to provide our customers and our community with the integrity and quality service that you have come to expect from us, keeping in mind of course the unavoidable limitations that result from these unfortunate and trying times.
