Maine tourmaline with albite, lepidolite and Cookeite.

This specimen is from the famous 1972 Dunton Quarry tourmaline discovery in Newry, Maine. Maine pink and green gemmy tourmaline crystal pieces are frozen in Cookeite. Albite has a fracture so this specimen needs to be handled with care.

The Dunton Quarry is depleted making this or any other mineral specimens from this location extremely rare.
