This Tourmaline Bloom pendant brings together two beautiful Maine tourmalines in a color palette that feels like winter in the North Woods, the deep richness of wild apples and the fresh, cool greens of pine needles dusted with snow.
The center features a 3.10ct burgundy pink tourmaline from the historic Dunton Quarry in Newry, Maine. Its rich color has the warmth of a winter apple: dark, vibrant, and full of depth. Surrounding it is a halo of forest green tourmaline from the Outback Quarry in Greenwood, Maine, totaling 1.20cts. The greens echo the tones of fresh pine, creating a crisp, lively contrast against the center stone.
Set in 14k yellow gold, the pendant is finished with graceful scrollwork on the bail and an ornate open back.
Designed by Dennis Creaser, a striking winter inspired bloom, reminiscent of pine, berries, and the beauty of Maine in the cold season.
