Butterfly Dew Tourmaline Pendant.
A slice of watermelon tourmaline from the Dunton Quarry in Newry, Maine forms the heart of this sculptural pendant. Weighing 30.11 carats, the stone reveals its natural transition from vibrant green to rose pink, a signature of Maine’s remarkable tourmaline deposits.
Designed and hand constructed by Dennis Creaser in 14K yellow and white gold, the openwork setting spreads outward like the delicate structure of a butterfly wing. Along its graceful lines, Ocean Blue tourmaline from Mount Mica shimmer like tiny drops of morning dew.
Light, sculptural, and full of color, this one of a kind pendant celebrates the artistry of nature and the rare beauty of Maine gemstones.
