Due to the custom nature of our work, all gem types or colors may not be immediately available. Also, due to the fluctuating gold market, prices are subject to change without notice. Chains are sold separately. All of our original design jewelry is available in yellow and white 14k gold. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. For Web and Phone orders: simply return the item unused to us for refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase (Christmas season extended until December 31). For in Store purchases: exchanges only for store credit or other merchandise. Our phone lines and store are open from 9am to 5pm EST, 7 days per week. Our Winter Hours from January 1st through May 24th are Monday through Saturday 9am to 5pm. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, money orders and personal checks (please allow time to clear). A packaging and insurance fee of $12.00 will be added to all orders.
